Why I built Authira
I'm Patrick Herr, a marketer from a small town in southern Germany, and Authira is a founder-led company. My name is in the Impressum, on the invoices, and on the guarantee below.
I didn't find this problem in a case study. I ran into it.
I spent almost a decade in digital marketing before Authira. At Bosch, during the Junior Managers Program, I became a corporate influencer myself and got colleagues posting on LinkedIn too. That visibility opened doors inside the company and gave my career a real push.
Later, as Head of Digital Marketing at DAA, I led a team of nine marketers across the German and Spanish markets and used LinkedIn for B2B partnerships and employer branding. Somewhere in between, I wrote a book on influencer marketing.
That's when I understood what visibility does for one person. And what happens when a whole team shows up together.
The pattern is always the same.
A team kicks off with real energy, posts for a few weeks, and then month three hits. The blank page wins, because experts aren't writers; after a full workday they freeze, or paste in generic AI and sound like everyone else. In regulated industries, one wrong word is a fine or a headline, so the best people choose silence. And when leadership asks what the program earned, a pile of likes can't defend a line item. So the budget dies.
But the part nobody warned me about was motivation. Getting a team to start is easy. Keeping them posting in week six, when the launch buzz is gone and the calendar is full again, that's the real job. Back then, I would have paid good money for software that carried the momentum for me. It didn't exist. So I built it.
What Authira does differently
Authira isn't another content tool. It's a centralized workspace that pairs creative freedom with strict brand governance: AI that drafts in each person's real voice, an auto-scan that checks every post against your brand rules and blacklist before it goes live, and a dashboard that turns every post into Earned Media Value in euros. So the program survives its budget reviews.
And then there's the part I missed most in my own programs: streaks, monthly team challenges, and a shared activity feed where every win is visible. It's what turns posting from a chore into a habit. And habits are the only thing that outlasts month three.
Most tools hand your team a program to repost company information or generate simple posts. No gamification elements. Nothing to keep everything smooth. That isn't enough. So I built the opposite. That's the whole product. My name is on it.
The Founder's 90-Day ROI Guarantee
Every Authira plan carries the same promise I make in person: run Authira with 4+ active members for 90 days. If your Earned Media Value doesn't beat what you pay us, send me your dashboard. I'll audit and fix your team's strategy myself. Free.
